40s Mardi Gras Party Dress

This 1940's Dress is beautiful and features a lowcut front and back neckline with gathering at the shoulders, upper bust, and upper back. The skirt is about knee length and combines bias cut and straight cut panels for a flattering A line shape. A classic!!! The fabric is black with yellow, turquoise, and lavender fans and masks throughout with a solid black waistband. It has a center back zip topped with two hook and eye closures. The waist is lined in rayon. It's 100% rayon and very flowy. Dry clean only.
