It is sleeveless with a gather at the bustline and features an asymetrical ruffle hem, skinny black belt and hidden back zip entry. 100% polyester and Made in the USA. (Note: Fabric does not stretch much, so double check measurements. The belt is a one size fits all, so you may have to adjust it by making extra holes.)
