Celeste Chevron Halter Dress

This is a beautiful dress, perfect for a formal occasion. It looks like the sexiest tuxedo dress you've ever seen. It's a heavy black fabric with a white cross over chevron lapel. It has an open halter back, flattering V neck, gathered skirt and center back zipper. Oh and the best part....it has pockets on both sides! 97% cotton and 3% spandex, Hand wash or Dry clean. (Note: The fabric does not stretch much even though there's spandex in the fabric.)
