This is a VERY full skirt, great for dancing! It's black with big red polka dots and features and elastic waist with a black bow in the back that's removable. Oh and the best part---It has pockets on both sizes! It would look great with a crinoline. 98% cotton, 2 % spandex, Machine washable. (Note: Shown with and without a crinoline for fullness, but does not come with one.)
