This is a great swing dress. It has a sweetheart neckline and an adjustable halter tie at the neck with a fitted waist and full skirt. It zips down the center back and has some hidden elastic by the zipper to assure a good fit. It also has a tie at the waist in back to give you that hourglass appearance. The fabric is black with red cherries throughout. It screams SUMMER! 100% cotton and Made in the USA. Machine washable. (Note: Shown with and without a crinoline for fullness, but does not come with one.)
