The ultimate party dress is here! This is a black almost full swing dress with big purple polka dots all over. It features an adjustable halter, hidden side zip with elastic along the back for comfort, a built in petticoat (but you can always add another crinoline to make it fuller!), and thick ribbon tie belt that's removable. Let's have a party! What are you waiting for? 97% cotton and 3% elastic, it has a little stretch. Machine washable cold on delicate, hang or lay flat to dry. (Note: Shown with and without a crinoline for fullness, but doesn not come with one.)
