It's a mini tank style cotton sun dress (that means regular bra) made of black fabric with pink and red kitty cats all over. Bonus, it has pockets! The skirt part is pleated at the waist to give you room to move and it has a center back zipper. 100% cotton, machine washable on delicate and hang or lay flat to dry. Made in the USA.
