This is the dress for any and every occasion! It's a dark charcoal almost purple gray with black polka dots. It has a v-neck front to flatter every bust size, a black gathered cummerbund waist band, and skirt that's gathered at the waist to make it nearly a full circle skirt. It has a center back zipper and cap sleeves. The fabric is 100% cotton, it's machine washable and Made in the USA. (Note: Shown with and without a crinoline for fullness, does not come with one.)
