This is a classic retro shirt dress, perfect for scooting around town. It's blue with white polka dots and has four vintage looking functional buttons down the front, elasticized cap sleeves and a nice collar to frame your pretty face! It comes with a matching fabric belt and built in black crinoline. The skirt portion is pretty full, so you can add another crinoline to make it even bigger, if you want. It has a side zip entry. 97% cotton and 3% elastic. Machine washable cold on delicate, lay flat or hang dry. (Note: Shown with and without a crinoline for fullness, but does not come with one.)
